The company Ferrarini was founded in 1956 by Lauro Ferrarini, who that year started industrial production of cooked ham in the province of Reggio Emilia.
In 2000 Ferrarini acquired the company Vismara, through which it is now able to supply the best of Italian cured meats throughout Italy and the whole world. Today the Ferrarini Group operates at national and international level in the production, processing, curing and marketing of meats and cheeses.
