G. Cova & C., one of the most prestigious brands in the Italian and old Milanese patisserie sector, is famous for its Panettone, with a sophisticated packaging which recalls the past and Ambrosian origin of the brand.
It is a leading brand on the market thanks to the high quality of its products and a particular attention to innovation. It was founded in 1930 by three pastry makers who had decided to faithfully reproduce the panettone of the ancient Milanese tradition. In 2009 the brand was acquired by the Muzzi family who, in 2015, opened the first Bar Bistrot G.Cova & Co. in via Cusani in Milan, 300 sqm on three levels, where everything recalls the brand’s style: colours, historical marks and the characteristic ceiling covered in panettones.
