Old Wild West is Cigierre's main food service format and, with over 130 restaurants across the country, it is the leader in the food service sector in Italy.

It is located in shopping centres and on high streets and is famous for its western theme. Recently bought by the BC Partners fund, Cigierre manages more than 190 restaurants and 5 formats, and is characterised by a strong expansion policy. Old Wild West is a steak house offering tasty meat dishes, grilled specialties, hamburgers, salads and much more, in a menu that meets the needs of both adults and children.
