Pernigotti is an Italian company that produces and sells “gianduiotti”, nougat and other chocolate specialties, owned by Sanset Food which is today is part of the Toksöz Group of the Turkish family Toksöz.

The company’s history started in 1860, when Stefano Pernigotti opened in the market square in Novi Liguri (Al) a grocery store specialised in “drugs and colonials” and renowned from the start for the production of fine nougat.
