Ca’pelletti is an Italian chain of restaurants specialised in two great traditional Italian cuisines: those from Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna.
The first restaurant opened in Bologna, in Via Altabella in 2012, the second in Milan, in Piazza Gae Aulenti in 2015. The third one opened in 2018 in Bologna, in Via Zamboni. Homemade cakes, jams, flans, pasta, filled “piadina” and “crescione” and much more: at Ca’Pelletti you can eat the simple dishes of the Tuscan-Emilian tradition, made with its own produced ingredients.
